The Living Hope Youth Group goes beyond just attending service on Sundays but enables young people to move with God from adolescence to adulthood. Our mission as YG Leaders is to build a strong community where young adults can socialize with each other and learn how to live life with Jesus.

“When I was in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade, I really loved going to the Saturday night youth groups and it was something I could look forward to every week, even when times were hard in school. It was really the only place I felt vulnerable and comfortable. Today I serve the Youth Group because I feel that it is only right to give kids the same experience I had years ago. Going into high school kids need to build their relationship with God, as it can be incredibly hard to do so once they are in high school.”

Popular YG Events
Saturday Night Youth Group: We hang out at the church or at each other’s homes twice a month for a time of worship and fellowship.
Winter Retreat: We go to a retreat center for 3 days during winter break in December (our most popular and anticipated event).
Turkey Bowl: A church tradition of playing football on Thanksgiving with both adults and children
Ski Trip: A church-wide outing to a ski resort for the whole day.
Lock-in: We stay overnight at the church to worship God, play a lot of games, and get to know each other better through group discussions and small groups.
